Job summary

Venteon is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive PLEX ERP initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will analyze processes, design solutions, and ensure system optimization across production, procurement, quality, and finance.

Collaborating with operations, IT, and vendors, you will gather requirements, perform testing, and lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, and data migrations to enable informed decision-making and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, inventory management, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis, process improvement, and ERP support activities with a primary focus on PLEX ERP.
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams to maximize system utilization and support organizational growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP-related initiatives, with a strong focus on PLEX ERP.
• Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, human resources, and finance.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP system enhancements.
• Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules including production, inventory management, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and human resources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and data migration initiatives.
