• Bachelor's degree and 3–7+ years BA experience with PLEX ERP in manufacturing.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, quality).
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, organizational and PM skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT for PLEX ERP initiatives.
• Analyze and improve business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, QA, finance, and HR.
• Gather requirements, lead testing, and implement ERP enhancements.
• Configure and support PLEX ERP modules (production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor, HR).
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to provide insights.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, data migrations, training, SOPs, and data integrity/compliance.

Aerospace Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting PLEX ERP in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including MRP, BOMs, production scheduling, and quality systems.
• Experience with reporting tools, data analysis platforms, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder relationship management experience.
• Ability to build effective cross‑functional partnerships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to support and enhance PLEX ERP initiatives.
• Analyze and improve business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and HR functions.
• Gather requirements, lead testing, and implement ERP system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Configure and support PLEX ERP modules, including production, inventory, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and human resources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to provide actionable business insights and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, data migrations, end‑user training, SOP documentation, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
