Job summary

VulcanForms is seeking a Senior Operations Business Analyst to own and optimize the Epicor ERP environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure modules for production management, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows.

You’ll translate day-to-day operational needs into effective ERP configurations, automated workflows, and reporting tools that give the business reliable data to work from.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on functional experience with Epicor ERP Kinetic, SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, MRP, and MES with production planning knowledge.
• Familiarity with BAQs, BPM tools, and basic SQL.
• Strong client-facing communication, requirement gathering, and project management.

• Configure, test, and deploy Epicor modules for production management and inventory control.
• Analyze procedures and translate business needs into ERP configurations and automated workflows.
• Provide day-to-day functional support and handle user requests.

About The Role

As the Senior Operations Business Analyst, you’ll serve as the functional owner of our Epicor ERP environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and shop floor teams to configure, test, and deploy the Epicor modules that support production management, inventory control, supply chain, and shop floor workflows. You’ll translate day-to-day operational needs into effective ERP configurations, automated workflows, and reporting tools that give the business accurate, reliable data to work from. Working closely with Operations, IT, and shop floor leadership, you’ll provide day-to-day functional support, perform root-cause analysis on system issues, and handle user requests, while building and maintaining Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and custom reports. You’ll also lead user training, create standard operating procedures, and support new software upgrades and implementations as our ERP environment evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, distribution, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), with functional knowledge of materials management and production planning.
• Familiarity with Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) tools, and basic SQL.
• Strong client-facing communication, requirement-gathering abilities, and project management skills.

The salary range and title for this position varies by level; final level, title, and compensation will be determined based on a candidate's experience.

Senior Level: $99,500 - $136,800

Staff Level: $124,980- $171,850
