Knit is seeking a Director of Research Operations to oversee programming, fieldwork, QA, and vendor management across a 10-person offshore team. The role focuses on automating survey programming, reducing fieldwork time, and enhancing data quality to support rapid, high-quality insights for major brands.

Leading cross-functional initiatives, you will shape automation tooling, drive new capabilities for growth, and partner with Product and Sales to implement scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insights and market research leadership in operations.
• Built and scaled complex sampling operations for multiple methodologies.
• Proclivity for automation and productization to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Programming, Fieldwork, and QA teams to meet data collection SLAs.
• Reduce the average time to final N and improve data quality.
• Expand audience network and improve feasibility across projects.
• Collaborate with Product to build automation tools for efficiency.
• Drive organization-wide capabilities and cross-functional alignment.
