Philips is seeking an Agile Release Manager for Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) ECG Solutions in Malvern, PA. You will oversee the full software and device firmware release lifecycle, ensuring timely, compliant deployments across pre-production and production environments.

You will drive release planning, governance, and KPI tracking, coordinating multiple teams to deliver value to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of release management experience across enterprise deployments.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• Experience with Lean- Agile, Agile/Scrum; SAFe is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS, Cloud, and SaMD; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide software and device firmware releases, planning deployments across pre-prod and production environments.
• Maintain an enterprise release calendar; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop KPIs to measure deployment success and product quality.
• Communicate status, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve impediments to keep releases on track.
