Job summary

Camber, a NYC-based healthcare software company, is seeking an Enterprise Insurance Operations Lead to connect engineering with GTM and Account Management for our largest clients.

You will become the SME in RCM, translate product requirements to engineering, design workflows, and own success metrics for clinics while building cross-functional partnerships with external stakeholders including a Director of RCM.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of operational experience in a high-growth company.
• Strategic problem solver who embraces ambiguity and drives concrete outcomes.
• Execution master with strong organizational control over multiple workstreams.
• Accountable collaborator who leads cross-functional teams to business results.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable outcomes for enterprise clients (e.g., improved 90-day collections).
• Translate operational needs into product requirements for engineering teams.
• Own relationships with external stakeholders (e.g., Director of RCM).
• Develop and implement core scalable processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
