Job summary

World's Finest Chocolate is seeking a Quality Assurance, Training & Change Management Analyst in Chicago, IL. You will ensure quality across enterprise platforms, coordinate UAT, develop trainings, and drive adoption and governance.

The role spans QA execution, training content creation, change communications, release support, and continuous improvement to raise adoption and reduce defects.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of QA, change management or related IT roles.
• Experience with enterprise applications in SDLC environments.
• Certifications in change mgmt, testing or IT service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for new implementations.
• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders and track defects.
• Create training materials and deliver sessions for users.
• Support change management, communications and adoption.
• Assist release readiness and deployment activities.
• Ensure SDLC governance, documentation and audit readiness.
