Responsibilities

• Own the implementation plan with updated timelines.
• Lead sessions, recaps, and change control with client stakeholders.
• Configure EPSA to reflect contract, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Manage data migration and integrations with CRM/HR/accounting.
• Deliver post-implementation engagements including training and reporting.
