This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the Eastern and Central time zones, with some travel to customers onsite required.

Role Overview

The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing complex, new technical implementation projects for InvoiceCloud customers. This role requires leveraging experience and knowledge of InvoiceCloud technology, organization, industry, and partners to lead cross-functional teams delivering multifaceted projects involving new technical integrations and non-routine solutions.

This position is a key member of the Implementations Team, working in conjunction with implementation managers. The primary responsibility is to manage technical implementation projects in the insurance vertical, including planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve high performance and quality, thereby driving revenue and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile, non-routine, technically complex, and strategically vital projects.
• Understand project scope and have a high-level understanding of InvoiceCloud's product offerings.
• Create and manage project plans and schedules.
• Forecast delivery timelines and meet organizational and departmental goals.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Report project status regularly.
• Provide proactive, accurate, and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards clients, vendors, and team members.
• Thrive in ambiguity and contribute to building processes.
• Lead and serve project and product teams enthusiastically.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Partner with technical and operational teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve implementation challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project completion with clients.
• Coordinate all implementation activities involving various internal teams.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues in project management best practices.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Experience in a software development environment, preferably SaaS solutions.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and technically knowledgeable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience delivering projects for external customers.
• Ability to develop project schedules from scratch.
• Comfortable working remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project management training or courses; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience in software implementation.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $145,000 USD. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, and overtime, depending on the role and individual factors.
