Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery, coordination, and status reporting for semi-complex, project oriented work. You will plan, monitor and ensure projects meet timeframes and funding parameters.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience managing projects across multiple technologies, with strong client-relations skills and a focus on governance and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of project management experience across multiple technologies and functions.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Implements project management processes to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Drives review of proposals and plans; sets timeframes and ensures team commitment.
• Directs execution, monitors daily work, and escalates issues for resolution.
• Tracks milestones, prepares status reports, and ensures governance standards.
• Coordinates cross-enterprise communication and manages change communication and impact.
• Gathers requirements with end users and refines systems design into technical specs.
• Performs other duties as required.
