Job summary

SEI is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to help scale standardized practices and oversee the firm’s project management framework. You will work with business unit PMO leads to deliver cross‑functional initiatives, build execution roadmaps, and improve visibility.

The role combines hands‑on project delivery, platform administration, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to grow within a high‑impact, firm‑wide function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of project management or related work experience.
• Experience with monday.com or similar project management tools (certifications a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including communicating with senior leaders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear project structures and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive execution of enterprise and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear project structures, milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Track progress, surface risks and issues, and support timely resolution.
• Deliver user training and demos to project teams and business units on monday.com and PMO standards.
• Operate and maintain monday.com boards, templates, workflows, and reporting standards.
• Engage with vendors, coordinate contract discussions, and raise platform questions as needed.
