Job summary

Circadia Health, a growth-stage healthcare AI company in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Customer Strategy & Operations owner-operator to lead enterprise deployments end-to-end. You will scope late-stage deals, run implementations, and drive measurable clinical and financial outcomes across multi-site programs.

This analytical role bridges customers with Product, Engineering, ML, and Clinical teams, owning outcomes rather than tickets.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in Strategy & Operations at a high-growth startup, consulting, banking, or enterprise program management.
• Proven track record of owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills; able to dig into data and defend recommendations with evidence.
• Systems thinker who maps dependencies and understands how configurations affect success.
• Structured program manager capable of multi-stakeholder deployments.
• Startup-fit: pragmatic, urgent, and accountable; strong communication to C-suite.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare tech, post-acute care, or healthcare finance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise program management end-to-end: project plans, dependencies, and executive reviews.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes: time-to-live, utilization, readmission reduction, expansion.
• Launch new verticals/products: stand up go-to-market and operating playbooks.
• Root-cause issues via data analysis and build dashboards to surface program breakdowns.
• Translate field insights into scalable product solutions with Product/Engineering/ML/Clinical.
• Support late-stage deals and convert contracts to live, healthy deployments.
• Build and document templates, escalation frameworks, and scalable operating models.
