Job summary

Airtable is seeking a Program Manager, Professional Services for the West region. This role leads complex enterprise deliveries, coordinating internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders across Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.

You will drive AI workflow transformations and operate directly in Airtable to keep programs on track. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical delivery within professional services, PMP or equivalent, and a deep understanding of AI tooling and enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years managing technical delivery in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Experience delivering programs for external customers in a professional services or consulting context.
Fluent with AI tools and able to advise on how agentic systems create leverage and risk.
Experience in enterprise environments with real compliance, security, and access management requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary delivery lead for enterprise customers, owning the plan and the outcome from kickoff through go‑live and beyond.
Run delivery across all workstreams: internal team, external partners, customer stakeholders, managing progress and blockers.
Own the project plan end to end: scope, schedule, budget, risk register, and RAID log across the engagement lifecycle.
Make technical sequencing decisions when platform constraints or compliance requirements force tradeoffs.
Guide customers through AI workflow transformation and manage organizational dynamics involved.
Use AI tools actively in delivery operations for status reporting, risk synthesis, and documentation.
Coordinate compliance, security, access management, and third‑party approvals in regulated environments.
Work directly in Airtable as an operational tool; hands‑on platform fluency is required.
