Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a results-driven Project Manager, Policy, to support our public policy team across federal, state, and local priorities. You will coordinate complex projects and deliverables with senior leadership and partners.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will prepare briefing materials, manage timelines, and translate policy priorities into concise materials for policymakers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of four years of project management experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in public policy, government, nonprofit advocacy, or related environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, nonpartisan environment.
• Knowledge of federal housing programs, affordable housing policy, or community development preferred.

• Prepare, edit, and review policy-related presentations and internal communications.
• Collaborate with policy leadership to ensure materials reflect priorities.
