Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead enterprise product teams and deliver value-driven software solutions. You will translate business goals into product strategy, create epics, and guide cross-functional teams including engineering and UX to meet customer needs and business objectives.

You will coach Product Managers, drive talent development, and shape product priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years of relevant work experience.
WFM knowledge or experience.
Experience as Product Manager in a modern software development enterprise.
Experience with XP paired programming, TDD, and continuous deployment.
Ability to balance workloads across teams.
Experience guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: align product teams and priorities across scope and dependencies.
Delivery & Execution: ensure solutions meet business, stakeholder and user needs; remove roadblocks.
People: mentor Product Managers and attract top talent; conduct reviews and provide feedback.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive value and resolve impediments.
Communicate progress and learnings to leadership; manage stakeholder expectations.
