The State Procurement Services Division is seeking an Operations Manager to provide operational leadership for the state’s centralized procurement office, overseeing enterprise-facing support functions including procurement systems administration, help desk services, statewide purchasing card (P‑Card) program oversight, enterprise compliance reviews and training.
