Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst to lead or support teams applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation to enhance efficiency in financial and operations management. The role coordinates across project teams to integrate reengineering efforts and defines measurable goals, requirements, and performance metrics through stakeholder interviews and sessions.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED CBP PUBLIC TRUST security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• THREE (3) or more years of professional experience in business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead or support teams of analysts in applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization, and transformation methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across financial and operations management functions.
• Assess process performance in complex environments, evaluate relationships between financial, staffing, support, and operational processes and outcomes, and guide requirements gathering through interviews, surveys, working sessions, and focus groups.
• Coordinate across multiple project teams to support enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts; facilitate meetings to define measurable goals, objectives, requirements, and performance metrics.
• Develop practical implementation plans; conduct organizational studies and evaluations; prepare operational and procedural materials; develop or interpret cost analyses, budget plans, and senior management briefings.
