Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of programs and initiatives across business, technology, and clinical domains. The role collaborates with executive sponsors to align priorities, manage dependencies, and optimize value realization under a DoD contract framework.

The incumbent will translate strategy into coordinated action, maintain portfolio visibility, and drive measurable outcomes while ensuring governance, risk management, and change leadership

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in project management.
7–10 years delivering business solutions using information technology.
Experience working with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
Healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise strategy into integrated portfolio roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Maintain an integrated view of portfolio health including schedule, risks, and benefits.
Establish and facilitate portfolio governance with clear accountability and escalation paths.
Coordinate cross-functional work across business, technology, operations, and finance.
Monitor benefits realization and report on value delivery to executives.
