Job summary

United Concordia Dental seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategically related portfolio, translating strategy into coordinated action across enterprise priorities, governance, and measurable business value.

You will align priorities with executive sponsors, manage cross‑initiative dependencies, and drive sustained benefits within a matrixed delivery environment. This role partners with PMO, domain leaders, and delivery teams to ensure effective decision‑making and delivery success.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma / GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; PMP/PgMP/PfMP or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of project management or delivery of business solutions using IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise and domain strategies into coherent portfolio roadmaps, priorities, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Maintain an integrated view of portfolio health across scope, schedule, cost, risks, and benefits.
• Lead governance with clear decision rights, escalation paths, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and dependencies across business, technology, and operations.
• Define outcomes, measures, and value targets; monitor adoption and realization of benefits.
