Job summary

Savage is seeking a Policy & Program Coordinator to advance enterprise policy management and related programs. You will own policy development, review, publication, communication, and training coordination, and support councils and delivery systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or equivalent in a related field and 3+ years in policy/program coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills to drive alignment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, safety, compliance, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, policy administration, document control, project support, or related business operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and recurring review cycles.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and drive follow-through on deliverables.
• Experience with program administration, policy management, documentation systems, collaboration platforms, or document control.

Responsibilities

• Owns the end-to-end policy management process including development, review, publication, maintenance, communication, and training coordination.
• Coordinates with policy owners to ensure policies are current, accessible, and aligned across units.
• Monitors policy review cycles and updates reflecting regulatory/operational changes.
• Coordinates and supports enterprise programs and councils, including scheduling and meeting notes.
• Maintains program documentation and provides status updates to leadership on health and outcomes.
