Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student with a May 2028 graduation date.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify insights and demonstrate value of market solutions.
• Document and standardize processes used to evaluate product performance and impact.
• Interview Subject Matter Experts and synthesize findings into best-practice documentation.
• Support operational clarity by organizing product documentation and materials.
• Create accessible materials that communicate product value to government clients.
• Participate in go-to-market activities, including development of collateral and presentations.
• Utilize AI tools to support research, process improvement, and workflow automation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
