Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Dallas seeks a Director of Enterprise Program Management to design programs that deliver value and enable major business initiatives across the enterprise. You will provide real-time dashboards, define success metrics, and collaborate with executives to review progress and guide decisions.

This role leads cross-functional teams, builds scalable measurement frameworks, and coordinates with Finance for value capture and audit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience planning, managing and organizing resources within short to medium timescales.
• Ability to work at an advanced level to identify, sequence and resource project schedules for timely completions.
• Experience in Kanban board (workflow management), Sprint ceremonies, Sprint planning and Sprint retrospectives.
• Demonstrates a change mindset and ability to thrive under a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build structure and culture of a program-based team to define roles and responsibilities that enable achievement.
• Strong, demonstrated proficiency with organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and building relationships.
• Ability to act independently in a variety of complex and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Create frameworks and tools for delivery of enterprise programs and projects to ensure value capture & initiative delivery.
• Design & manage the delivery of tools and resources in coordination with project and functional teams.
• Ensure clarity of measurement as well as scalable solution options to support a wide range of functional programs and projects.
• Provide both executive and detail level program / project summaries including dashboards, heatmaps, incoordination with project and program managers across the enterprise.
