Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking a Director of Enterprise Program Management in Dallas to design and deliver programs that enable key initiatives. You will create real-time dashboards with success metrics to track value, cross-organization coordination, risks, and prioritization for on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will enable executive reviews with material for decision making and drive change across the enterprise, partnering with Finance and project managers to ensure accurate, auditable value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning, managing and organizing resources for projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to sequence and resource schedules for timely completions.
• Experience with Kanban, Sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Create frameworks and tools for enterprise programs to ensure value capture.
• Design & manage delivery of tools and resources with cross-functional teams.
• Provide executive and detailed program summaries with dashboards and heatmaps.
• Assess hypotheses to diagnose project challenges and focus on insights.
• Enable and report against a wide portfolio of projects to deliver value.
• Coordinate with Finance for value capture and audit.
