Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a high-level program leader responsible for driving a major enterprise system transformation centered on a CPQ platform and its integration with ERP, CRM, and data platforms.

You will act as the conductor, coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders while keeping timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables on track. Strong governance and data-migration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering on time, on budget, with quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the overall project plan and work breakdown structure.
• Run weekly project meetings with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID logs).
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committee reviews.
• Coordinate technical architects, developers, business analysts, data teams, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure integrations between CPQ, CRM, ERP, APIs, and data platforms stay on schedule.
• Oversee data migration activities and cutover planning.
• Drive testing, go-live readiness, and operational handoff activities.
• Escalate roadblocks and help leadership make key program decisions.
