Job summary

Kaltechsoft Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Enterprise Platforms & Enablement in Washington, DC. You will drive the product vision, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution across IT infrastructure and enterprise networking domains.

You will mentor Product Owners within an Agile Release Train, champion SAFe practices, define KPIs, and communicate with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable platform capabilities for frontline operations.

Qualifications

9–12+ years in technical product management and leadership roles.
Strong IT infrastructure & enterprise networking background.
Familiarity with ITSM concepts and enterprise change management.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and long-term roadmaps for enterprise platforms.
Oversee backlog prioritization across multiple technical product teams.
Mentor Product Owners within the Agile Release Train (ART).
Collaborate with executives, Engineering, Architecture, and operations to deliver platform capabilities.
Champion SAFe principles and drive agile maturity across teams.
