Job summary

Wispr is building the next generation voice interface and backend for enterprise use. This role focuses on architecting and shipping secure, scalable backend systems for multi-tenant customers, with emphasis on reliability, data integrity, and governance.

You’ll design APIs, data models, migrations, and distributed workflows, while ensuring strong identity and access controls across SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience operating multi-tenant B2B or enterprise software in production.
• Strong ownership of customer and business outcomes.
• Proficiency in backend data, APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate multi-tenant systems for enterprise customers.
• Design APIs, data models, migrations, and distributed workflows.
• Build identity and access capabilities across SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
• Develop auditability, privacy controls, and secure foundations for customer data.
• Turn deal blockers into reusable capabilities without overfitting.
• Own systems through rollout, observability, and production operation.
