Job summary

Code and Theory, a digital-first creative and technology agency, seeks an executive architect to lead the architecture pillar of the Adobe practice. You will be the senior authority across all Adobe engagements, guiding technical direction, career growth, and client-facing advocacy.

You will build a high-performing distributed team, set architecture standards, and own complex engagements from design through delivery, partnering with sales and Adobe alliance leads to shape solution strategy.

Qualifications

• Twenty-plus years in technology and leadership of architects or senior technical staff globally.
• Experience owning performance reviews, career development and compensation decisions.
• Experience delivering across multiple concurrent clients in an agency, consultancy or systems integrator.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural quality across Adobe engagements, including content, data and work management across the practice.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards, reference architectures and reusable patterns.
• Hire, grow and lead a distributed team of multi-solution architects and mentor peers.
