Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level software implementation or consulting.
• Strong project management, milestone tracking, and customer experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for Enterprise customers, including kickoff, requirements gathering, planning, risk management, milestones, launch and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate internal resources and communicate with customers; prepare proposals, status reports, and presentations.
• Track performance with data analytics and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
