Qualifications

• Deep experience delivering enterprise health-system implementations from contract to go-live.
• Hands-on leadership across engineering, product and support teams.
• Familiarity with Epic Willow or comparable EHR pharmacy modules.
• Knowledge of HL7v2 interfaces and NCPDP standards (eRx, PBMs, data flows).
• Experience engaging executives and managing complex multi-stakeholder deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and operational delivery of health-system pilots and full enterprise rollouts from contract through go-live.
• Partner with sales to ensure smooth handoff from deal to implementation and achievable scope.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, product, and support to keep deployments moving.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues involving Epic Willow, HL7v2, NCPDP, e-prescribing and data flows.
• Lead change management with pharmacy operations, IT, clinical teams; drive stakeholder alignment.
• Build trusted relationships across pharmacy operations, IT and analytics; drive implementation objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders and elevate strategic conversations when needed.
• Establish clear implementation plans, timelines, checklists, and operating rhythms.
