Zusammenfassung

Ally Financial seeks a Manager of Performance Management for a hybrid role based in our Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC offices. You will lead objective setting, feedback, evaluations, ratings and calibration across the enterprise to drive manager effectiveness and talent decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in performance or talent management, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in performance management, talent management, or related field.
Experience designing or improving enterprise talent practices.
Strong ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable solutions with analytics.

Aufgaben

Lead enterprise performance management practices including objective setting, feedback, coaching, evaluations, ratings, and calibration.
Shape the performance management strategy and roadmap, improving effectiveness and stakeholder experience.
Develop practical frameworks, tools, and resources to help managers set expectations and provide meaningful feedback.
Partner with HR and business to drive adoption and connect practices with broader talent and business processes.
