Job summary

Avid Bioservices is seeking a Senior Principal, Operational Excellence to design and implement scalable processes across Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality and related functions. This onsite leadership role will drive cross-functional improvements without direct people management responsibility.

The ideal candidate brings deep Lean expertise, experience in regulated manufacturing, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering, business, operations or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or process-improvement.
• Experience implementing operating systems in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of Lean management systems, value-stream analysis and standard work.
• Ability to influence executives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes and operating systems.
• Lead cross-functional improvements across multiple functions.
• Replace ad hoc practices with scalable workflows and defined ownership.
• Advance process maturity and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT and others to reduce delays and improve accountability.
• Shape enterprise Operational Excellence standards at executive levels.
