Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking an Enterprise Functional Lead - OneStream / PPBE to join our team supporting a major Department of the Navy financial management transformation. The ideal candidate will work within a cross-functional Kearney-led team implementing an enterprise OneStream-based budget formulation capability across multiple Navy Budget Submitting Offices.

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial systems/financial transformation experience.
• Federal financial management or PPBE experience.
• Demonstrated experience implementing OneStream or comparable EPM technology.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system design.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
• Onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC.
• Active Secret Clearance (or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise functional design across five Navy BSOs.
• Translate PPBE requirements into OneStream workflows, forms, business rules, dimensions, reporting, and functional specifications.
• Establish common enterprise requirements and govern BSO-specific configuration.
• Facilitate functional design and solution sessions.
• Partner with OneStream architects and developers to ensure configuration reflects approved business requirements.
• Maintain requirements-to-design traceability.
• Review prototypes and configured capabilities.
• Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.
• Prevent unnecessary customization and promote reusable enterprise configuration.
