Job summary

LG Electronics Information Display Division seeks a Technical Solutions Manager – Networks & Security to join our Lincolnshire, IL office. This in-office role requires hands-on leadership in enterprise networking, security, and customer-facing technical consulting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Planning, and R&D to deliver secure software solutions, design lab network architectures, and support customer onboarding and security reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise network administration, engineering, or cybersecurity.
• Experience designing, administering, and securing enterprise networks.
• Experience with lab/test environments for validation and demonstrations.
• Experience with IAM, PKI, SSO, EDR/XDR, encryption, certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Lead networking and security integration of LG software with customer IT and network infrastructure.
• Act as primary networking and cybersecurity SME for enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Design, validate, and troubleshoot connectivity for LG digital signage deployments.
• Recommend cybersecurity best practices and security policies for deployments.
• Document lab network architectures and lab environments for testing and demos.
• Assist customers in debugging networking and security issues in production.
