Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global network operations teams to support operation, monitoring and maintenance of enterprise data networks.
• Perform incident and ticket management using Jira Software.
• Review firewall rules, analyze logs and alerts, and monitor bandwidth, latency and dropped packets.
• Generate hardware configurations and scripts for customer premise equipment including Cisco/Catalyst devices.
