Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, test, and maintain district infrastructure including wireless networks and devices.
• Provide technical end-user support locally or remotely for IT services and network issues.
• Provide timely resolution or escalation of problems per SLAs.
• Isolate, reproduce, and document hardware/software defects with follow-up tracking.
• Maintain communication with field services technicians, engineers, ISPs and vendors.
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Install and remove structured cabling components and related infrastructure materials.
• Test and configure network software.
• Assist in general electronic maintenance including copper and fiber cables.
• Maintain records of supplies and inventory.
