Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems or IT.
• 3+ years supporting network infrastructure (Cisco switches, ASR/ISR routers, VPN, wireless).
• 5+ years enabling enterprise network platforms in a 24x7 environment; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support mission-critical network infrastructure across LAN/WAN, security, and wireless domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for site deployments and site-upgrades.
• Monitor, optimize, and diagnose network systems; document root cause analyses and resolutions.
• Plan cost-effective network solutions meeting capacity, scalability, and performance needs.
• Maintain documentation for projects, incidents, and support issues; share knowledge with the team.
• Submit status reports and provide updates during team meetings.
