Qualifications

• Associate degree required and IT field of study.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, Cisco devices and network infrastructure.
• Healthcare or 24x7 environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support mission-critical network infrastructure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for site deployments.
• Monitor, optimize, and diagnose network systems; document root causes.
• Lead enterprise network projects including new sites.
• Provide network topology documents and reports for teams and management.
• Complete incidents and requests per organizational requirements.
• Share knowledge to improve team skills.
• Submit status reports to the manager and provide updates in meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Support deployment with proper security and system configuration.
