Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Information Science or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in a technical helpdesk or end-user support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical clients.
  • Entry level understanding of network and security principles.
  • Entry level working knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage operational queues for the Enterprise Network team.
  • Provide On-call operational support during business hours.
  • Manage and monitor network monitoring tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or shift left repeatable tasks.
  • Create or maintain knowledge base articles and training documents.
