Job summary

Vanguard seeks an experienced Director of Mobility & Executive Concierge Solutions Engineering to set the strategy and architecture for Vanguard’s mobile platform. You will own the end-to-end mobile experience for executives, shaping zero-touch provisioning, app lifecycle, and secure-by-design controls across iOS, iPadOS, and Android in a regulated enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in mobility/endpoint within a regulated enterprise.
• Strong architecture and product vision for mobile platforms.
• Hands-on experience with modern management and security baselines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year strategy and roadmap for Vanguard’s mobile platform.
• Engineer and advance mobile device capabilities like zero-touch provisioning.
• Design secure executive mobile experiences with automated config.
• Govern MDM/UEM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE) for compliance.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Identity, and Risk teams.
• Lead and mentor managers and engineers; build leadership pipeline.
