Job summary

CapTech is seeking Machine Learning Engineers to design and deploy scalable ML systems for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clients to translate business needs into data-driven models and production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities include building NLP, personalization, and risk-scoring systems, deploying on cloud platforms, and driving growth of CapTech’s ML/Data Science practices through demonstrations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• Hands-on experience developing data-driven solutions using Python, Scala, or similar languages.
• Proficiency with SQL, Spark, NoSQL, and cloud data processing frameworks in production.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and microservices.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, Amazon RDS.
• Experience with LLMs in production, prompt engineering, MCP, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.
• Strong understanding of conversational UX and prompt evaluation metrics.
• Experience with Langchain, n8n, pydantic, and multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with clients and cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end ML solutions.
• Deconstruct client needs into data-driven processes and measures.
• Analyze and transform large datasets across enterprise data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions (recommenders, NLP, risk scoring).
• Productionize ML systems focusing on optimization and scalability.
• Lead and grow CapTech’s ML/Data Science practices via client presentations and proposals.
