Job summary

Block+Tackle fixes broken marketing systems for enterprise clients. As a data engineer, you’ll design how customer data moves across Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Experience Cloud, and you’ll build pipelines that support real decisions rather than just reports.

You’ll work in workshops with clients to clarify messy problems, and you’ll own the end-to-end data plumbing from capture to activation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience inside enterprise marketing data ecosystems.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills from real-world data challenges.
• Ability to make engineering decisions when requirements aren’t fully baked yet.
