Job summary

Astec Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a hands-on transformation leader to convert priorities into execution and deliver measurable operating improvements across plants and functions. You will own the enterprise transformation engine, drive kaizen deployment, and ensure replication of gains with disciplined follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years leading Lean transformation, continuous improvement, or multi-site implementation in manufacturing.
• Proven track record delivering measurable operational and financial impact through kaizen events.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise deployment of OpEx transformation priorities across plants and functions.
• Convert gaps into executable improvement plans with owners, timing and targets.
• Maintain a structured transformation model balancing urgency, readiness and resources.
• Own the enterprise kaizen funnel and workshops lifecycle with site triage and progress.
• Drive post-event implementation, ensuring follow-through and sustainment.
