Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Software Engineering in enterprise software.
• Experience with SaaS and customer-managed deployments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native tech and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying containerized apps through lifecycle.
• Excellent communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers to influence product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Appian on Kubernetes.
• Prioritize investments based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical strategy.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and guide implementation.
• Design scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities with architects/engineers.
• Manage boundaries between customer-managed infra and Appian-managed functionality.
• Write detailed product requirements for engineering teams.
• Track feature adoption via feedback, metrics, and analytics.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to documentation and launches.
• Support go-to-market with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers to understand deployment challenges.
