Job summary

SEACORP seeks a Kubernetes / Cloud Architect to lead the design, standardization, and evolution of an enterprise cloud PaaS built on Kubernetes. You will define architecture patterns, operational standards, and automation to enable application teams to deploy and operate workloads securely and at scale across environments.

The role covers container runtime, networking, storage, service mesh, observability, and platform automation, with responsibility for guardrails, RBAC, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS/Engineering/IS).
7+ years in infrastructure or cloud architecture; 3+ years on production Kubernetes platforms.
Strong knowledge of RKE2, Kubernetes, Git, and Linux; Go/YAML/CEL a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture and strategy for a Kubernetes-based enterprise PaaS.
Define reference architectures and patterns for platform components.
Design highly available, secure clusters; manage provisioning, upgrades, DR, and backup.
Develop multi-cluster/multi-environment strategies; mentor engineers.
