Capgemini in Dallas is seeking a Senior Software - Java AWS Lead to drive end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. You will lead architecture reviews, guide distributed teams, and deliver robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot with React frontend.

You will implement secure integrations, work with AWS/Azure, and oversee CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced Agile environment. Onsite in Dallas, offering a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering, full stack, or enterprise delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Frontend experience with React.js and hooks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL design and query optimization.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of secure coding, OAuth, and JWT.
• Demonstrated leadership of distributed teams in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for enterprise platforms.
• Drive secure, scalable, and high-performance system architectures.
• Mentor distributed development teams and ensure governance.
• Develop backend services with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build frontend with React.js and state management frameworks.

• Implement automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, TDD).
