Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a hybrid, full-stack software engineer in the United States (Dallas-area posting referenced) to develop enterprise APIs and web applications. You will work with Angular, Typescript and core Java with Spring/Spring Boot, drive architecture in an Agile Scrum setting, and contribute to cloud deployments with Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform/AWS.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, testing, and modern development tools to deliver scalable solutions across teams.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years full stack software development experience building enterprise APIs and web apps including Angular, Typescript, and core Java with Spring/Spring boot.
Leadership experience to guide, encourage, and motivate your fellow engineers.
Experience with an Agile Scrum development environment.
Experience with web services - JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, etc.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management.
Experience with unit testing and test automation libraries/strategies.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Experience building and deploying applications using CI pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
Experience using source control and pull requests in code repositories like GitHub.
Strong communications and problem-solving skills
