Job summary

Zip is seeking a Solutions Architect to shape the technical foundation of its ERP and integration ecosystem, with a major focus on Jaggaer. You will design scalable integration templates, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, and convert complex customer needs into repeatable internal assets.

The role demands deep Jaggaer expertise and a drive to raise the bar across implementations. You’ll partner with pre-sales and field teams to ensure robust architectures and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrations with Jaggaer or similar enterprise procurement platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Jaggaer business processes: eProcurement, Invoicing, and CLM.
• Familiarity with Jaggaer REST/SOAP APIs and standard data structures.
• Experience with iPaaS tools is a plus but not required.
• Experience with cXML/XML and REST endpoints and authentication.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain, and iterate on Jaggaer integration templates for scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Bridge product and field to align templates with core architecture and customer needs.
• Analyze complex implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns and scale bespoke solutions.
• Support pre-sales by designing and vetting integration architectures for smooth deployments.
• Define best practices for technical solution consulting and ensure consistency across implementations.
• Become fluent across Jaggaer, P2P, and procurement ecosystems to broaden integration knowledge.
