Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking an ITSM Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of ZenDesk at an enterprise level. The role involves defining workflows and integrating a Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Ideal candidates will have strong ZenDesk implementation experience and a solid background in ITSM frameworks. This position requires autonomy in project execution and strong communication skills for technical documentation. Long-term contract in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have enterprise-level ZenDesk implementation experience.
• ITSM frameworks like ITIL v3/v4 preferred.
• Experience with CMDB design and integration is required.
• Ability to drive projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of ZenDesk at enterprise scale.
• Incorporate and manage a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Integrate ZenDesk with asset management tools.
• Operate independently through architecture, configuration, and testing.

Skills

Enterprise-level ZenDesk implementation experience

Strong background in ITSM frameworks

Hands-on experience with CMDB design and integration

Familiarity with Device42 or similar tools

Ability to work autonomously

Excellent communication skills
