Job summary

Bespoke Technologies is seeking an experienced IT program manager to consolidate and optimize sponsor IT support across apps and systems. You will coordinate between design, engineering, and product stakeholders, lead QA for documentation, and craft phased plans for agile adoption, document management, service management, and reference architectures.

You will operate during core hours and drive best practices for UX/UI, accessibility, and knowledge bases while aligning with security requirements.

Qualifications

• Coordinate between design, engineering, and product stakeholders to align goals.
• Manage and perform QA for technical documentation including usage guidelines and release notes.
• Drive adoption initiatives across product teams and improve UX/UI.
• Oversee design system or component library projects and governance.
• Lead project management across waterfall and agile teams.
• Apply accessibility standards and agile practices in delivery.
• Propose recommendations to improve UX/UI, reduce O&M, and speed delivery.
• Analyze and document web-based components and interfaces with APIs/databases.
• Manage user support processes including triage, escalation, and knowledge base development.
• Develop IT support documents such as SOPs, workflows, and security/architecture diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consolidation and optimization of IT support and development for sponsor apps and systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional work with design, engineering and product teams.
• Develop phased project plans with roles and resource projections.
• Create an Agile methodology implementation plan with stakeholder roles.
• Draft a document management plan covering storage and versioning.
• Define service management and tiered support for all sponsor applications.
