Job summary

Calabrio, based in Minneapolis, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Operations team. You will deliver hands-on desktop support and administer Microsoft cloud services, identity platforms, and modern authentication technologies for employees.

The role blends strong endpoint support with experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, MFA, and related security technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support or systems administration in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID.
Experience with MFA solutions and modern authentication technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 hardware, software, collaboration tools, and mobile device support.
Troubleshoot Windows 11, MacOS, and Microsoft 365 apps including Teams/Outlook.
Support onboarding/offboarding and workstation deployments.
Manage laptop provisioning, asset tracking, and peripheral support.
Document incidents and knowledge articles in the ITSM platform.
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with global teams.
